Custom Website Design:
The one-time sign-up fee is the initial customization fee for your new aviation website. Healy Technologies will send a questionnaire to you to collect all necessary data for the new website. The website, design, and database are property of Healy Technologies, whereas the content (images, text, videos) is your property (since you provide that for use with the website). While the website is running on a WordPress framework, you will not have the ability to export the entire website, files, or database, nor will be a WordPress administrator. Custom WordPress roles exist for the website manager and support staff. All other changes will be done by Healy Technologies.
Healy Technologies will create the new website using their design and your content. Then, they’ll review it with you and your team, provide training and/or training videos, schedule a go-live date, and finally switch over to the new website.
Web Hosting:
The monthly fee includes web hosting, content updates (those which are not available to the website manager and/or support staff), backups, security and functionality updates, use of premium WordPress plugins, and Healy Technologies tech support.
Healy Hosting Group will be responsible for the web hosting services (included in the package), and requires DNS management of the intended domain names. DNS will be fully managed (meaning that you will not have access to change DNS records directly yourself, but instead will need to submit a request for DNS changes). This is done to ensure maximum uptime due to faulty DNS records. Additionally, Healy Hosting Group will offer caching and Content Delivery Network (CDN) services through its fully managed DNS service.
